Two Dodge Challengers and a Dodge Charger were casually lifted from a car dealership in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Crime is getting worse, just stating the obvious, but automotive crime seems to be completely out of control. Lifting cars from dealership lots isn’t new, but the rate it’s happening is insane, especially considering how low the inventory is on the average car dealership lot. A brazen group of criminals snatched three Dodge muscle cars off a dealer lot like it was child’s play. Surveillance footage was released of the incident, and it shows that crooks are getting very bold.

This crime is basically the smash and grab of high-performance Dodges. Officers responded to the scene of the crime around 7:15 am where criminals had smashed through the window of a dealership and grabbed the keys for the cars in the manager’s office. Video shows them going straight for the cars, so they knew exactly which cars they were targeting, it wasn’t random.
The Dodges were sitting at the furthest end of the dealership, at the road to draw people in, and it worked, but on the wrong people. Having the Dodges this far away from the building, and any chance of blocking them in, was probably not a great idea, but they want the eye candy upfront.
Three cars were taken, a 2020 Octane Red Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye wide body, a 2017 Granite Gray Dodge Charger Daytona 392, and a 2020 Black Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye. The odds are not great on recovery, and they’re going to have to be written off and sent to a junkyard with a salvage title anyway, so it’s safe to assume nobody is aggressively looking for them, and they’re probably broken down like a butchered cow for parts by now.
